✅ It took me 15 minutes to walk to school.
🔎 Giải thích:
“I walked… in 15 minutes” → chuyển sang: It took + someone + time + to V
2. The flight to Hanoi lasts an hour and a half.
✅ It takes an hour and a half to fly to Hanoi.
🔎 Giải thích:
“lasts” → chuyển sang "it takes..."
Không cần chủ ngữ cụ thể (general statement)
3. It took them 5 months to build the house.
✅ They spent 5 months building the house.
🔎 Giải thích:
“It took them + time + to V” ↔ “They spent + time + V-ing”
“to build” → “building”
4. I can get to school in 20 minutes.
✅ It takes me 20 minutes to get to school.
🔎 Giải thích:
Câu ở hiện tại → “can get” → dùng hiện tại đơn với “It takes…”
5. When Mary wanted a new car, she had to save up for a year.
✅ It took Mary a year to save up for a new car.
🔎 Giải thích:
“She had to save up for a year” → chuyển thành “It took her/Mary a year to save up…”

Nhố là "take to + V" còn "spend Ving"
