3 - Your favourite sports

  • The sport I’m most passionate about is football.

    • I started played footbal when I was a high schooll student,

    • And now it’s still my main way to relax after work.

      • Every afternoon, from about five to seven p.m.,

        • a group of friends (in the neighborhood where I am living);

        • and I rent a small artificial-grass pitch (stadium) near my house.

    • On a good week we play four or even five matches,

      • We keep the games friendly but we still have a for-fun ‘bet’:

        • the losing side has to pay 40 thousand đồng each for the ground fee and drinks, while the winners only chip in 20 thousand.

        • It isn’t a lot of money, yet it makes the match more exciting

  • Besides playing, I also follow professional football on TV.

    • I don’t watch all matches, but I try to catch the Premier League at weekends

      • Before I follow La Liga,

        • When Messi still in Barca, I follow all matches of Barce

      • When he changed to Paris I follow PSG

    • the Champions League once it reaches the knockout stage.

      • quarter-final, semi-final, and final rounds;

      • Seeing world-class players like Haaland or Salah gives me ideas for new drills and keeps me motivated to improve my own first touch.

  • What I love most about football is

    • the combination of teamwork and fitness.

    • After two hours of running, all my work stress disappears

  • I have a sickness - it is diabetes with too much sugar. That means sugar cannot be digested and still in the blood,

    • do exercise and with football it will help my blood sugar stays under control.
