🔎 Giải thích:
“As” = “Because” = “Since” + mệnh đề → chuyển thành “Due to + danh từ/cụm danh từ”
“has behaved badly” → “bad behavior”
2. Because the weather is hot, we are going swimming.
✅ Because of the hot weather, we are going swimming.
🔎 Giải thích:
“Because the weather is hot” → chuyển thành cụm danh từ: “the hot weather”
“Because of + noun”
3. I can't do the work because I'm ill.
✅ Because of my illness, I can't do the work.
🔎 Giải thích:
“I'm ill” → danh từ hóa: my illness
“Because of + danh từ” → “Because of my illness”
4. The car crashed because the driver was careless.
✅ Because of the driver’s carelessness, the car crashed.
🔎 Giải thích:
“the driver was careless” → danh từ hóa: the driver’s carelessness
5. Because of her poor performance, she was eliminated.
✅ She was eliminated because she performed poorly.
🔎 Giải thích:
Chuyển từ cụm danh từ → mệnh đề: “her poor performance” → “she performed poorly”
Dùng “because” + mệnh đề.
✅ Tóm tắt cấu trúc cần nhớ:
because + S + V
because of + noun / V-ing
as / since + S + V
due to + noun / V-ing
