23 - prefer vs would rather

Dùng cấu trúc prefer và would rather

S + prefer + doing st to doing st

⇔ S + would rather + do st than do st

Eg:

- I prefer staying at home to hanging out with her. ==> Tôi thích ở nhà hơn đi chơi với cô ấy.

↔ I would rather stay at home than hang out with her. ==> Tôi thà ở nhà hơn là đi chơi với cô ấy.
